Duna Tatour
Founder and Creative Director 

Duna Tatour is a marketing professional and media producer who is passionate about helping others tell their story. Prior, Duna worked in marketing and media production in the education sector and online learning software. Duna is on the board of Malikah, an organization that trains women in self defense, financial literacy, organizing, and entrepreneurship. Duna earned her Ed.M in Technology, Innovation, and Education at the Harvard School of Education, and a BA in Political Science and Film and Media Culture from Middlebury College.

Joseph Siecholtz
Business Development Consultant

Joey Siesholtz works as a principal investor, founder, and advisor to mission-oriented startups and non-profit organizations. Previously, Joey worked as an investment banker in the Consumer Group at Barclays Capital, and has consulted on M&A for The Estée Lauder Companies. Joey volunteers with Addison County Home Health & Hospice, and has served as a judge for the MiddCORE Innovation Challenge. Joey earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in economics from Harvard College.

Jacob Blumberg
Digital Media Producer

Jacob Blumberg splits his time evenly as a musician, sound engineer, record producer, photographer, filmmaker, gaffer, drone operator, welder, master problem solver, and lover of rare books. Over the years, he has collaborated on some of the best and brightest creative projects happening across the country and worked on projects released on The New York Times, The New Yorker, New Lab, and many many more. Jacob earned his BFA in Recorded Music from New York University.
